Product Opening Video Requirement
To ensure transparency and for verification purposes, customers are required to record a clear, unedited video while opening the product package.
• The video must clearly show the shipping label, unboxing process, and the product condition at the time of opening.
• This video will help us verify any claims related to damaged, missing, or incorrect items.
• Return or refund requests made without a proper unboxing video may not be accepted.
This policy helps protect both the customer and FashionsKart against logistics or handling issues.

Conditions for Return
Products should be returned unused, in their original packaging, and must include all the following:
• Original price tags and labels
• Packing material and barcodes
• User manual and accessories (if any)
• Freebies or complimentary items (if provided)
• Original boxes or containers
If a product is returned without these essentials, it will not be accepted for return.
If the logistics partner finds that the product is missing required parts or packaging, they may refuse to pick up the item, and we reserve the right to reject such returns.

Return Eligibility and Quality Checks
All returned products are subject to verification and quality checks to confirm the legitimacy of the complaint or return.
A return will not be accepted in the following cases:
1. The user has damaged the product.
2. There is a change in product quality, quantity, or characteristics due to misuse.
3. The user is not returning the exact product delivered.
4. The unboxing video is missing or unclear (in case of damage or defect claims).

Return Request Timeline
• Return requests must be initiated within 2 (two) days from the date of delivery.
• In exceptional cases, FashionsKart may, at its sole discretion, accept returns beyond the 2-day period.

Return Pickup and Self-shipment
• The return pickup will be arranged within 2–3 days of your approved return request.
• In certain areas, pickup service may not be available.
In such cases, you may self-ship the product through a reliable courier service (preferably India Post – Speed Post).
Please ensure that all required items and packaging are included in your shipment.

Refund Process
• Once your returned product has been received and successfully passed the quality check, your refund will be initiated to your selected payment mode.
• The refund will be processed within 30 (thirty) days from the date your order is picked up.
• Refund timelines may vary depending on your payment provider or bank’s processing time.

Non-returnable Items
Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or perishable nature, or if explicitly marked as non-returnable on the product page. Please check the product details before purchase.
